We have constructed this page with some Frequently Asked Questions you may have while purchasing at epicNEX because we believe every question is a great question!

No. We do not collect and store your card information. During the checkout, you will enter your card information directly into the payment gateway’s secured form. Hence, all your card information will be used in the payment gateway only, in the most secure way.

All customers’ contact information, ordered products, and order date entered during the purchasing process, are stored in our secured database. We use those records for providing invoices and bookkeeping purposes only. No one gets a copy of those.

At epicNEX.com, it is safe to use any online payment method, which includes credit card, debit card, wallet, or any other online payment method. epicNEX.com uses the latest encryption measures followed by the industry. It ensures all the information transmitted from your browser to our servers safely over the Internet on a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) link. Furthermore, we do not share our server resources with anyone else!

We are an India based e-commerce website, currently delivering only in India. We ship all the pin codes served by our courier partner across India.

If you cancel your ordered product before being dispatched, we will initiate a refund after deducting a nominal charge of 5% of the order value.

The estimated delivery time (in business days that is excluding public holidays and Sundays) is mentioned against every item and may vary from item to item. The estimated shipping time mentioned for your pin code refers to delivery in those areas covered by reputed couriers through which we send our consignment. In case a reputed courier does not cover a specific remote location then, we will send the consignment by speed/registered post through the Indian Postal Services, which may take 1-2 weeks depending upon the location. With every order, we will send you an email containing all the details of the order placed by you.

If you have received a damaged item during shipping or a wrong item, email us at the earliest at [email protected]. You must return the item unopened and in its original packaging, to initiate a full refund. We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the order.

It can take up to 7 working bank days to reflect in your account (original payment method) after the refund.

We have partnered with all the reputed courier companies in India. Your order will be shipped by one of them, depending on the slot availability and shipping speed.

Yes, you can place the order to a different address than the registered address. You have to provide the delivery address while checking out your cart.

We do not charge any extra amount for the product. We only charge you the exact price of the ordered item (discounted price) and shipping charge if applicable (depending on the cart amount).

There are a few scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns. You can email us at [email protected] in case you want to raise a dispute. Nexified Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. will settle the dispute after looking at every scenario carefully and being fair to the buyer and seller equally.
