Our Refund Policy

epicnex is the only e-commerce website of NEXIFIED ENTERPRISE PRIVATE LIMITED. This Refund Policy only reflects the products/services that are provided by

Purchasing a product is an exciting process. But a problem may arise in this process. With, you don’t need to worry a bit! We provide the most customer-friendly refund policy. Please read the following points for more details.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We will only consider the cancellation request if the customer has requested within the first 24 hours after ordering.
  • epicNEX will not accept any cancellation after dispatching the consignment.
  • Before dispatching the order, if the customer wants to cancel the order, we will initiate the refund after deducting a nominal charge of 5% of the order value or the payment gateway charges (whichever is less) within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.
  • No Cancellation On Pre-Ordered products.
  • No Cancellation if the ordered product has a special offer.
  • In case of cancellation after the product has been dispatched or delivered to the customer, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges and payment gateway charges from the order value.
  • During any special occasions/global crises like the COVID-19, we won’t be able to cancel the order. Under any circumstances, if you still want to cancel, we will refund after deducting payment gateway charges.

Return/Refund Policy:

  • The customer can place a return request for any ordered product. In case the original order contained more than one product.
  • If the ordered item comes with any complimentary gifts or freebies, the customer has to return those particular freebies as well.*
  • You must return the order in its proper/original packaging with Company Seal intact for a full refund.
  • We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 7 (seven) days from the delivery date of the consignment.**

If you have received a damaged or wrong product, email us at the earliest at [email protected] or send a return request through our Return page to return your order. Don’t forget to attach a picture of the received order.

We try to deliver the product as per the image shown on our website 

epicnex reserves the right to substitute the products with equal or higher value in case the desired item is not available. We will not entertain any return or replacement request in this matter.


We only process the refund after verifying the products that have been received and verified at our warehouse.

*We will refund the amount after deducting any charges if applicable (we will inform you prior).

**We usually refund within 3 to 5 working days after accepting the refund request. That can take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account (original payment source) after completing the refund.

Once you complete the purchase on epicnex and find a price drop on epicnex for the same product (having the same model number) before shipping, we will refund you the difference.
